It is composed by a living/dining room with a charmy fireplace and fully equipped kitchen, one wide bedroom (30 m²) with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, another bedroom (25 m²) with a double bed and a single bed, plus one more bathroom.
In the veranda you will find a table and chairs to enjoy your meals or just your time rounded by the green garden, contemplating the stunning panorama of the valley. The panoramic swimming pool, with sunset view, is only few steps away.

"Really nice, clean and large house with an amazing view over Randicondoli. Huge pool close to the house and nice rural surroundings. Service could be slightly improved generally, a little more information at the beginning would be great. A delicious dinner with the family is a great experience, not the cheapest."

"Geweldige prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Een klein huis met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers, middenin de mooie heuvels, bij een uiterst vriendelijke en tegemoetkomende familie. Verse groenten en schapenkaas heb je maar te vragen."

"The cottage is really cozy with a view that is like a dream. All the animals around, with cats, dogs and sheep walking by twice a day makes the visit really exciting. The hosts were all really friendly and we enjoyed the cooking one of the evenings, and ate by ourselves other evenings. The pool was great for relaxing!"

"Vi bodde en uke på gården i juli. Her finner du roen og har utsikt over et unikt toskansk landskap. Solnedgangene er bare fantastisk med den lille byen Radicondoli i bakgrunnen . Det tar 10 min å kjøre til Radicondoli som har en liten coop og mange koselige restauranter. Men den beste maten fikk vi på gården med Giovanna som kokk. Hun lagte skikkelig italienske bondekost, tre retters middag med vin/vann inkludert. Det var koselig å spise sammen med vertsfamilien og arbeiderne på gården. Leiligheten vår, Melo, var utstyrt med to soverom med plass til 5 personer. det var to bad og et velutstyrt kjøkken. Oppe i hagen er det et svømmebasseng med solstoler til fri benyttelse."

"We had great 4 days at this very unique piece of land, enjoyed the silence, the great views, the cheese :-) and the entire atmosphere. Great excursions to Siena, the coast, Pisa, San Gimignano to the Chianti region and even visiting natural thermal springs. The accommodation is great an spacious. Giovanna and Giovanni very friendly and helpful. Thank you for sharing your land with us for this 4 days. Ute, Leonie, Klaus"
